On Tuesday mornings, players engage in tactical training and activities designed to improve team coordination, situational awareness, and strategic execution. These sessions help players understand game tactics better, foster strong team cohesion, and develop critical thinking skills necessary for making quick, effective decisions during matches.
Our Wednesday morning sessions, held at a scenic beachfront park location, are dedicated to improving ball-handling skills, speed, and agility, coupled with effective recovery practices to maintain peak performance. Early morning sessions provide health benefits and do not interfere with work or school schedules.
Similar to Tuesday, Thursday’s morning session focuses on enhancing tactical knowledge and teamwork through engaging and challenging group activities.
